Shea Butter is fast batting it's way to first place in the world of natural skincare.
In its original state it is pale yellow in colour & has a nutty, earthy aroma but on it's journey through the factory these it will lose these unique characteristics. Processing or refining, which consists of heating, bleaching & deodorising, removes anything that might interfere with the manufacturers end product. This sadly also eliminates all of it's crazy amazing talents too.
Unrefined Shea Butter is packed with Vitamins and fatty acids which target everything in your skin that makes you do swears....ageing, dry, inflamed or irritated skin, stretch marks, razor bumps, acne & blemishing, sunburn & scarring. It also consistently performs when used on eczema prone skin.
It is fast becoming a staple in an industry that values a more natural approach to ingredients and skincare products and that's why we have it on our shelves.
We don't treat or heat our unrefined Shea Butter before we put it into our tins. We crush it. Our 150g tins last forever as a little goes a long way.
