Since launching The Soap Foundry website in 2018 we have seen oodles of skin friendly soap making ingredients fly out of the door to aspiring soap makers, from beginners all the way through to artisan crafters.
During the first lockdown in the UK, The Soap Foundry saw our online sales inrease rapidly, as soap was high in demand but supplies were limited so people began to look at alternatives.
Since then we have gone from strength to strength and our customer base has not only grown but diversified, so we had a rethink about some of the amazing ingredients and bundles we were offering, and we are excited to be launching new soap, bathroom and gifting products on our website in the very near future (sign up to our Newsletter at the bottom of our homepage to be the first to hear about these new arrivals!)
At The Soap Foundry, we care about using ethically sourced, RSPO Certified products wherever possible, and as a small business we really pride ourselves on these ethics and do everything in our power to ensure that our suppliers and partners are on the same page as us. That's one of the reasons we chose to work with Signpost Media to give our online shop a little refresh and revamp! Signpost Media have worked with many small businesses accross the UK, helping them to make the most of their online resources and ensuring their websites and online stores are set up in a way that's customer friendly - after all, the customer is always right!
We're looking forward to continuing to work with the web design team to create and maintain our stunning yet functional online shop for our customers, and we look forward to bringing new and exciting soap making products and natural ingredients to our customers, old and new!
